Design Concept & Description
For the interior design of the hotel, encompassing over 1000 rooms, our primary objective remained steadfast in cultivating a sense of locality.
Koi Resort & Residences, a burgeoning local brand, aimed to establish its first-ever 5-star hotel, and we were privileged to contribute our design expertise. Our approach was deeply rooted in celebrating the local beauty and integrating the context of the surrounding environment. This was also well emphasized in the dining area, which we envisioned as a central hub for both guests and residents to enjoy meals.
Our design intention was to forge a connection with the sea, reflecting the hotel’s spectacular views and direct beach access from the rooms. This seamless blend of luxury and nature is what we hoped to encapsulate in our design, making the dining experience not just about the food, but also about immersing oneself in the breathtaking seaside ambiance.
