Walkability

Walkability isn’t just about designing a path—it’s about designing a life people want to live.

Masari Walk was never just a project to me. It was a question:
How do we make cities feel like they belong to the people again?

In this video, I want to share what walkability really means.
It’s not just movement—it’s memory.
It’s the way you recognize your neighbor.
The smell of coffee from the same café every morning.
The sound of kids playing without the hum of traffic.
It’s community, stitched together one step at a time.

Masari Walk is how we began to reimagine Dubai—not as a city of destinations, but as a city of experiences.

And walkability? That’s the soul of it.
Because when you slow down, you start to notice.
And when you notice, you begin to care.

This is what Design Beyond Form is all about—designing not for perfection, but for connection.
